    These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text message communications between R+D Automation (“R+D,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and customers, prospective customers, suppliers, contractors, and other business contacts.

    SMS Communications

    By consenting to receive SMS messages from R+D Automation, you agree to receive conversational and informational text messages from us.

    Messages may relate to:

    • Project coordination and project-related questions
    • Quotes or information you have requested
    • Scheduling and appointments
    • Equipment installation and service
    • Technical support
    • Shipping and delivery information
    • Contact information and business follow-up
    • Other communications related to an existing or requested business relationship

    R+D Automation does not use this conversational SMS program for unsolicited mass marketing or bulk promotional messaging.

    Consent to Receive SMS Messages

    Consent to receive SMS messages may be provided in several ways, including:

    • Initiating a text-message conversation with R+D Automation
    • Providing verbal permission to an R+D Automation employee
    • Providing written or electronic permission
    • Requesting that we communicate with you by text message

    For example, if you provide your mobile number to an R+D Automation employee and ask or agree to have that employee contact you by text, you are consenting to receive text messages related to that business conversation.

    Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

    Message frequency varies based on the nature and duration of the business conversation.

    Because R+D Automation primarily uses SMS for individual business conversations, there is no fixed number of messages you will receive.

    Message and Data Rates

    Message and data rates may apply according to the terms of your wireless service plan.

    R+D Automation is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

    Opting Out

    You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from R+D Automation at any time by replying STOP.

    After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us at that mobile number unless you subsequently opt back in.

    You may opt back in by replying START.

    Opting out of SMS does not prevent R+D Automation from communicating with you through other appropriate methods, such as telephone or email.
