Challenge to Solution

The challenge was complex labeling with a tamper-evident tear-seal. The solution was precision servo control with electronic gearing.

How It Works

The assembly line builds each auto-injector through seven precision stations, combining vibratory feeding, servo-driven pick-and-place, and custom pucked conveyance between modules.
