Challenge to Solution

The challenge was filling three different sized syringes to multiple fill levels under aseptic conditions. Our solution was creating an aseptic cell with smart pump technology to allow for multiple syringe sizes and multiple fill levels, using recipe selection and quick changeover tooling.
